There aren't that many good theatrical horror releases this week, so for
this article we'll take a look at what's already out on DVD as of today.
Yesterday we posted up our review for the 2-disc collector's edition of
Stephen King's THE MIST, which we also talked a bit about in our myspace
bulletin. This DVD is a no brainer, you have to pick this one up. Not only is
the film great, but it's jam packed with bonus material and it even has a
second disc which includes a black and white version of the movie. Film
geeks will be drooling all over this thing for weeks. Also our next favorite
release is a little French film called THEM, which has been getting a lot of
positive talk online. It's finally here in the US, and if you're a fan then you
should definitely pick up that DVD as well.
Another DVD you should look out for: Universal just released a new edition
of David Lynch's LOST HIGHWAY. If you don't already have an older copy,
then we suggest that you pick that one up. There are a lot of DVDs out
today, but sadly most of them are not that great. One of these in
particular has been getting some really bad reviews. With that said, you
might wanna keep away from the APRIL FOOLS DAY remake. For a list of
