According to DVDActive, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will be
releasing yet another direct to DVD horror feature. THE EVIL WOODS,
which stars Brian Burns, Tamara Czartoryski-Borbon, Dedan Donovan,
and Ivory Dortc, will be available to own next month. The DVD should
retail at around $26.98. Extras will include a behind the scenes
featurette, and outtakes. Fixed Point Films was formed in 2004 for the
purpose of financing and producing independent feature films. Since
successfully financing its first film, a small-budget horror film
distributed by Lions Gate, the company has gone on to finance over a
dozen other film projects, with films released both domestic and foreign
by such well known distributors as Lions Gate, Warner Bros. and
Maverick. THE EVIL WOODS DVD is set to ht stores on June 3. You
