There you'll be able to watch an exclusive look at GEARS OF WAR 2 and SAW
director James Wan's trailer for the game DEAD SPACE, which looks so fucking
creepy. If you haven't heard of it, DEAD SPACE is a third-person action video
game, being developed by EA Redwood Shores for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360
and PC. It is currently scheduled for release in October 2008. The player takes
on the role of an engineer named Isaac Clarke, who battles a polymorphic alien
species called the 'Necromorphs' on board a stricken interstellar mining ship. In
the game you'll be playing in a creepy and dark atmosphere where monsters and
other mutations roam. On the GEARS OF WAR 2 front, some changes have
been adde dto some of the gruesome finishers (which aren't as gruesome as
they were before) and there is a new multiplayer map called "Day One" which
looks really cool.
In GEARS OF WAR 2, the Locust have found a way to make giant emergence
holes to destroy entire cities at one time. Marcus Fenix and the rest of the COG
squad, are now drilling underground to "take the fight to the Locust". In a
teaser of the first scenes of gameplay of Gears of War 2, COG soldiers engage
in battle with a large army of locust as they travel to drill into the underground
region. GEARS OF WAR 2 will be hitting stores in November. You can pre-order
DEAD SPACE for either the 360, PS3 or the PC over at Amazon. You can also
pre-order the regular and collector's edition of GEARS OF WAR 2 over at Amazon.
