First off, I would like to start off by saying that this was a hard DVD to review.
It's not just the fact that I enjoyed it (because positive reviews are much
harder to write) but also because I've never reviewed anything like this before.
I've reviewed hardcore horror flicks before, but nothing comes close to this.
Please use this as a warning: If you are under the age of 18, you really
shouldn't be reading this review. If you're offended by explicit sexual content,
then we suggest you do not view this film. Don't say we didn't warn you. If
you're underage and happen to get caught, then it's your own damn fault.
Anyway, lets get back to the review. The Headsick Hardcore Experiment is just
that, an experiment. However, that is not at all a bad thing. In fact, it's good,
because it's not your typical pornographic film. This film has the Headsick twist
to it. If you're familiar with the Headsick Pinups crew then you know exactly
what they offer. On their official website they offer memberships for those who
lust for gorgeous babes covered in blood.
It takes pinup photography to a whole new level. Here, it's almost like they
saved their best work for the Hardcore DVD. This is a crew that continues to
impress me on a day to day basis, so it's more than a pleasure for me to view
the DVD and review it. Speaking of the review, I'll get straight to the point and
talk about what I liked. Honestly, there wasn't a thing that I didn't like about
the feature. I really don't have any complaints other than I wish it would have
been a little longer. Oh well, there's always hope for some sort of sequel or
continuation, which I'm all for. Hell I would even invest in a sequel if at all
possible. After watching this DVD I'm dying to see more. For the Headsick
Hardcore Experiment, there's not much in terms of story. Then again, you're
not going to be watching this for the story anyway. Thanks to the lack of plot,
it'll be easier for me to say what's on my mind. It's a hassle sometimes for me
to write the story in my own words.
The Headsick Hardcore Experiment is not your average everyday porno. There's
much more to it. It's for those with an acquired taste. If you don't mind a little
blood and gore with your desert, then this DVD is right for you. Considering
that you can get it at a great price, you'll get exactly what you pay for and
more. You'll feel like you hit the jackpot once you see the Headsick girls on
screen. Much like the content on their website, the DVD offers gorgeous
women acting out in the most sickest ways. The actors and actresses perform
very well together. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem to have the biggest
production value, but it works just fine. This is another prime example of low
budget film making. It goes to show you that you can create a masterpiece
without the millions of dollars. The look and feel of the picture is just right.
Most of it is dark, and if it were not for all the sex you might have been fooled
into thinking that you purchased a straight low budget horror movie.
Everything from the makeup to the sets are exactly what they should be;
horrific. Speaking of horrific, you have to hear the music on this DVD. You'll be
amazed as to how much it'll make you feel uncomfortable (as it should). The
Headsick team isn't afraid to go the extra mile, and they definitely prove that
here. With the Headsick Hardcore Experiment, you're guaranteed to see blood,
gore and a great amount of action. The girls are great, the men are cool and
the makeup fx are a real treat. It's nicely paced and runs in at about an hour.
It's very impressive, and if you're interested in checking it out for yourself then
I would recommend getting the DVD off of the Headsick Pinups website. Trust
me, if you buy the DVD you wont be disappointed. I've already watched it a few
times (for reviewing purposes of course) and it gets better with each viewing.
