UPDATES

Is it just us or is this guy trying too hard? It's like he's trying to make us laugh and feel
hate at the same time. Yeah, he's trying way too hard. It's pretty apparent that Uwe Boll
is pulling out all the stops to offend most of America. As if people didn't hate him enough,
his new film POSTAL is getting a lot of attention online. Especially after the release of this
video clip. It's just plane wrong (sorry I couldn't resist). If you check this article or head
over to youtube you can view an offensive clip from Uwe Boll's upcoming "shock comedy"
film, using 9/11 as a punchline. The story begins with a regular Joe who tries desperately
to seek employment, but embarks on a violent rampage when he teams up with cult leader
Uncle Dave. Their first act is to heist an amusement park, only to learn that the Taliban
are planning the same heist as well. Chaos ensues, and now the Postal Dude must not only
take on terrorists but political figures as well.

Call me crazy but I didn't think that this movie was going to be a comedy. A movie clip
from Uwe Boll's next disasterpiece POSTAL has been posted online. The clip features a
small confession from Osama Bin Laden. You can check out over at the official website for
the movie. The story begins with a regular Joe who tries desperately to seek employment,
but embarks on a violent rampage when he teams up with cult leader Uncle Dave. Their
first act is to heist an amusement park, only to learn that the Taliban are planning the
same heist as well. Chaos ensues, and now the Postal Dude must not only take on
terrorists but political figures as well.

Where did this come from? Why are we being flooded with such marvelous news?
According to Skewed and Reviewed, Maverick Independent filmmaker Uwe Boll (yes he's
still making movies) is set to face his toughest detractors head on as part of the upcoming
movie “Postal” which is based on the highly controversial series from Running with
Scissors. Boll the creator of such films as “House of the Dead”, “Alone in the Dark” ,
“Bloodrayne”, and the pending “In the Name of the King a Dungeon Siege Tale”, has often
been the target of biting and venomous reviews despite the fact that all of his films have
turned a profit once the final box office and home video receipts are tallied.
Despite his films financial success, Boll who works outside of the studio system and has his
films financed by investors has often been called out by critics as a lousy director whose
films are among the worst ever made. Not content to let such hash criticism go
unanswered Boll has decided to face his critics once and for all with a unique challenge
that will allow director and critic to face off in a battle royal that further establishes the
Directors passion for his craft and his willingness to go the extra mile to put his
convictions on the line against those who are content to hide behind their words without
any consequences from those they have slighted.
If you want to know the rest just read the whole article it's great stuff.

Apparently we didn't notice this before but both Gary Coleman and Vince Desiderio are said
to be in the upcoming movie POSTAL, which is based on the controversial video game.
Both Coleman and Desiderio appeared as themselves in the Postal 2 game which is banned
in Australia and New Zealand as it was deemed too violent. Right now they're the only two
cast members who will be appearing as themselves just like the game. Oh and if you didn't
ge the old update Uwe Boll is attached to direct this project.

The controversial video game Postal is getting a movie treatment. The game which has
been banned in 13 countries is heading to the big screen. Surprisingly enough the director
named for the project is Mr. Uwe Boll. Boll has optioned the game from developer Running
With Scissors and plans to film the $10 million-$15 million feature in late 2006. For next
year it'll mark the 10th anniversary of the game's release.
